1) About these Terms
These Terms govern the provision of electronic services within the meaning of the Polish Act of 18 July 2002 on the Provision of Electronic Services, and the use of the MML Studio website („Website”).

2) Website nature and scope of services
The Website is informational (company profile) and may include blog content. It provides a contact form.
Electronic services provided include: making informational content available and enabling the submission of messages via the contact form.
3) Technical requirements
Using the Website requires a device with Internet access and a web browser supporting HTML5 and CSS3 (e.g., current versions of Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge).
The Provider does not charge any fees for the use of the Website.
4) Acceptable use
You agree to use the Website lawfully and not to submit unlawful content or attempt to disrupt the Website.
5) Blog and comments
Content published on the Website’s blog is for informational and educational purposes only. It does not constitute legal, technical, financial, or business advice. The Provider is not liable for decisions made based on blog content.
Users may add comments under posts. Comments are subject to moderation. Publishing unlawful, offensive, spam, or hate speech content is prohibited. The Provider reserves the right to remove comments that violate these rules without prior notice.

The Website offers a newsletter (email notifications about new blog posts). Subscription is voluntary and requires consent to process the email address. Users may unsubscribe at any time. Frequency: occasional, upon publication of new posts.

11) Right of withdrawal
To the extent that the use of the Website constitutes a contract for the provision of electronic services, consumers have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without giving any reason (Art. 27 of the Polish Act of 30 May 2014 on Consumer Rights). Given the nature of the services (free access to informational content), the right of withdrawal may have no practical application.
